Ingredients: olive oil Onion Garlic Celery Ginger one or two big butternut squashes peeled and cubed honey Vegetable better than boullion concentrate (measured by smell, like probably a table spoon) Sage (a lot) Oregano (a little) rosemary (sure!) [[salt and pepper of course and maybe some red pepper flakes and a nice sharp cheddar grilled cheese to dip in there]] [[home]]

Ok step one add olive oil to a pan and put ur squash in there, jostle it around until its a liiiiittle bit [[brown. ]] [[home]]

in the soup pot brown the celery and onion and once they look soft THEN add the garlic. cook the garlic very shortly. you can also add some ginger here if you [[want. ]] [[home]]

Put the squash in the soup pot and immediately follow with broth, enough to cover everything, we can cook it off later if it gets too [[thin. ]] [[home]]

Now you wait for a long time. Season like 20 minutes in(oregano, sage, rosemary, ginger) turn off the heat when the squash is fork [[soft.]] [[home]]
